It looks like Varuna and Cavenfish have competition. Storm Beard has a magnificent ship. The Thunder of the Seven Seas, he's elegantly dressed and he has skills that will crush any pirate and, in fact, any monster of the Water element!
Role: Denier
Overview
Storm Beard is a solid Thunder denier. He has a decent trait, allied with a movepool with tons of CDA and Stamina Removal. However, his biggest problems are his high stamina costs and cooldowns. Staff can help with his stamina problem or can be used to drain extra enemy stamina.
Pros:
- Decent trait
- Two forms of denial in CDA and Stamina Removal
- Staff is a fitting relic for his role
Cons:
- High stamina costs and cooldowns
- Outdated stats
- Trap is horrible with such a flimsy life

Counters
- His bad life allows Earth Attackers, like Warmaster Gortak and Sting Westclaw, kill him easily, especially because both have a 60 Earth dmg skill with 0 cooldown.
- Since Storm Beard's cooldowns are high, CDA monsters like Al Canine can render him useless for a couple of turns.
- His stamina costs are insane, so Stamina drainers like Blob and Wangzhou can drain his stamina.
- Cooldowns Protection users like Positron, The Baroness, and Qinling can counter him really well. The latter is exceptionally great since he casts SC: Team CDP at the start of the battle, rendering him useless since he has no way of removing it.
- Speaking of stamina drain, monsters who can recover stamina like Madam Fusion, Bo Tai, and The Baroness, can counter his other gimmick of denying.
