Qin remained loyal to his duty of protecting the grave of the first Emperor of China for centuries; but finally this terracotta warrior has been freed to fight again... And he is thirsty for war.

Role:Attacker

Overview

Qin is a high damaging attacker with many shielding moves as well. However, his stats are mediocre and he has little status effects to back him up.

Pros:

  • High damaging skills
  • Access to Shield Skills
  • Has a spammable 60 dmg attack making him fine against CDA
  • Decent relic slots

Cons:

  • Bad stats
  • Mediocre trait
  • High cooldowns and stamina costs
  • Few status effects
  • Only one AoE move

Recommended Movesets

Defender of the Emperor!

  • Multiple Wounds (AoE 40 Earth dmg + Damage Reduction, 35s, 3 CD)
  • Dense Arrow (60 Earth dmg, 30s, 0 CD)
  • Emperor's Qiang / Concentrated Arrow (Qiang for 50 Special dmg + Self 50% Shield, 32s, 4 CD) / (Arrow for 60 Earth dmg + Stun, 34s, 2 CD)
  • Terracotta Barrier (Team 50% Shield, 34s, 4 CD)

Multiple Wounds does good AoE damage and makes the suffer damage reduction which makes you survive more. Emperor's Qiang does solid damage and gives you a 50% shield while Terracotta Barrier gives a 50% shield to all allies. Dense Arrow is your 0 cooldown high damaging move.

Recommended Runes: 3 Strength; 2 Strength, 1Speed/Team Speed

Counters

  • Barbatos and Fenrir are good examples of Dark attackers that can turn Qin to sand.
  • Even with his Hardened trait, Qin is still susceptible to forms of denying such as Freeze, Possession, and Stun.
  • Qin's moves have high cooldowns, so CDA monsters such as Sunblast and Lamia can render him as nothing more than a statue. Be aware of his 60 damage move tho.

Fun Fact

  • Qin's design is based on a terra cotta warrior.
